ADVISORY BOARDLaurence B. Lederer Laurence B. Lederer is a member of the Advisory Board of RPCP. Mr. Lederer is Managing Partner of Rubicon Associates LLC, a private equity investment firm focused on control equity investments in high-growth companies in the Insurance and For-Profit Education industries. Prior to founding Rubicon Associates, Mr. Lederer was a Principal at ACG, the private equity concern of billionaire investor Roland Arnall. While at ACG, he led the firm's investment activities in the Consumer Finance, Insurance and For-Profit Education industries. Mr. Lederer previously worked at Castle Harlan, Inc., a leading middle-market leveraged buyout firm with $1.1 billion under management, where he executed $30-$200 million transactions in the restaurant, manufacturing and publishing sectors. He has also worked in the Investment Banking Division of Morgan Stanley and with Bain & Company in the United States and Asia. Mr. Lederer received a B.A., cum laude, from Carleton College and holds an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School. |
